We are very excited about this upcoming weekend. It is the Scottish Showcase weekend and we will be performing in Oran Mor on Saturday night at 7.30pm. Please come along if you can. We will be joined onstage by Tia Files (Guitar) from the band Bodega – Winners of the ‘Folk Band of the Year’ at the MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards 2009 and James MacKenzie, (pipes, whistles and flute) Winner of ‘Pipe Idol’ at the 2009 Piping Live Festival.
Jeana will be hopping on stage that same night at the O2 ABC arena with ‘The Chair’ playing fiddle and doing the famous chicken dance. Always great fun! If you miss our gig we will also be performing at the Festival Club in the Exhibition Hall which is situated within the Concert Hall and also in the Festival Club, which is situated within the Arts School buildings on Renfrew Street (Over 18 only).
So plenty of fun banter to be had by all!
